1. What are the fees to advertise?
It is FREE to advertise your timeshare in our unique auction format. There are NO upfront fees, no gimmicks.
We do not assess any fees at auction end and we do not handle the final transaction or the exchange of money.
The site is absolutely free. Good luck with your auction.

2. How long will my auction run?
You may run your auction for 5, 7 or 14 days. Most bidding occurs within the last three days of your auction.
You may reactivate your auction as many times as necessary for free and can use the automatic reactivation feature. This will reactivate your
auction automatically if you do not get any bids. You may turn this feature on or off under "My Auctions".

3. How do I contact another user?
Click a username: You will find usernames on auctions, within your account and in your email center. Click on the username
to send an email through our spam free internal email center.
No registration required: You are welcome to email other users as a guest. To track your conversations, place a bid, or run an auction, you need to
register for free.
Exchange contact information: You may exchange contact information at anytime, but we recommend that you use the auction process and the safe, internal
email center.
Contact winning bidder or owner?: If an auction ends with a winning bid or the owner accepts a bid, login to your account and click
on the username of the owner or bidder to view contact information.
Email Center: If you have registered for free, login to your account and click on the tab marked
"email center" to view and respond to email messages from other users.

5. Can I retract a bid on my auction?
You are in control of your auction and responsible for contacting bidders to be sure all questions are answered and your information is clearly presented.
If you need to retract a bid, login to your account, click on the tab "My Auctions" and then click the link to
"view or retract bids". The bidder will be notified of the bid retraction.
Please be sure the bid retraction meets the following requirements:

7. What information do I need to advertise my timeshare?
Gather your information about your auction and use our easy to follow software to set up your own professional, full page auction in about 15 minutes or less.
Be sure to find out about all fees to close and transfer your property or any rental fees that are in addition to the reserve price you set for your advertisement.
Steps to adding an auction:
- General Info - facts about your timeshare.
- Add pictures - optional but suggested.
- Detailed description - optional but suggested.
- Enter availability.
- Enter title and reserve price and fees associated with sale or rental.
- Review and activate your auction.
