This is award winning resort as well as The LA Times Best Unknown Golf course destination of the year, located in city of Helendale, a privet association located on Old Route 66 about half way between LA and Vegas. This is you chance to own a timeshare that is one block from the silver lakes but the resort sits next to the pro-shop/driving range on one side and the 18 hole on the other, surround by lakes or swimming pools. All units have golf course lakes or pool views.

Helendale California, located in the upper desert, a short drive from Los Angeles/ Long Beach up I-15 exits D-Street north up Old Route 66 to Silver Lake turn off, about 45 minute  drive. From silver lake it is less then a two hour drive to State Line Casinos.

This is a very spacious one bedroom or mni-suite studio unit that will sleep two to four people. It is a floating white week. You can reserve one week each year based on resort availability. Note weeks can be divided into three or four night stays. Please note I have not reserve a week for 2010.

You will have tons of flexibility with this timeshare because you can use your week at the resort each year, rent it, let family members use it, business associate, or you can exchange it with RCI or any smaller timeshare exchange company.
