Kahana Falls is located in West Maui near Lahaina. This is for an every-other-year: odd year timeshare. First use would be 2011, Reservation has been made for July 9-July 16. Reservation can be cancelled/changed up to 90 prior to arrival for a $25 fee. Resort does not allow changes/cancellations less than 90 prior to arrival. Rebooking depends on availability. Maintenance fees are due January of each odd year. Closing costs and transfer fees to be paid by the buyer. |
