For Sale-One week per year at Heartwood Unit 2, White Bluff Resort, Lake Whitney, Texas. This resort is on the Lake with a full marina and has two championship golf courses designed by Bruce Lieske. The Texas State Open Championship has been played on The New Course. This is a floating week by quarters, that is, we used the week in the First Quarter in 2008 and will use the Second quarter in 2009. It exchanges with Double Diamond properties at Lake Possom Kingdom and Lake Texoma in Texas and another golf course property in Pennsylvania. Since we live so close to the Lake Whitney property, we have taken advantage of the trade to The Cliffs on Lake Possom Kingdom, home of another outstanding golf course and lake. The Maintenance fees are Double Diamond, $250/year and the Council of Owners, $150/year. There is also a $175/year billing which gets $225 purchasing value at the facility. |
