This is NOT a business.... I am a retired individual with A LOT of timeshare vacation weeks.... it will cost money out of MY pocket to reserve YOUR vacation, so PLEASE be committed when you tell me to proceed.... I will be exchanging my vacation week for the resort time and location of your choice... you will receive a confirmation certificate in your name which authorizes your check-in and assures you of your reservation.... the certificate will be sent to you via e-mail... I request that the 7-night rental fee (which is nonrefundable) be paid in-full upon receipt of the confirmed reservation... I will accept your personal check, money order, bank draft, bank wire or PayPal... I believe that the rental fee is at a significant discount to the generally quoted amount... I thereby hope to merit your future rentals as well as referral to your family and to your friends.. The reservation certificate is non-transferrable... the resort will require a credit card to be imprinted on check-in for any negligent damage or personal charges which you may incur... the resort requires that reservations be issued to persons no less than 21 years of age... |
