Description:

This is NOT a business.. I am a retired individual with A LOT of timeshare vacation weeks...it will cost money out of MY pocket to reserve YOUR vacation, so PLEASE be committed when you tell me to proceed... I will be exchanging my Fairfield points for the resort time and location of your choice... Fairfield will issue a guest certificate in your name which authorizes your check-in and assures you of your reservation... the guest certificate will be sent to you via e-mail...

I request that the 7-night rental fee (which is nonrefundable) be paid in-full upon receipt of the confirmed reservation... I will accept your personal check, money order, bank draft, bank wire or PayPal... I believe that the rental fee is at a significant discount to the generally quoted amount... I thereby hope to merit your future rentals as well as referral to your family and to your friends..

The guest certificate is non-transferrable... the resort will require a credit card to be imprinted on check-in for any negligent damage or personal charges which you may incur... Fairfield requires that guest certificates be issued to persons no less than 21 years of age...
