Monterey Unit , week 46, which usually falls one week before Thanksgiving and sometimes on Thanksgiving ,when the average temperature is in the 70s. The unit is B36 which faces the mountain and a miniature golf course. The resort has a rental program in which they can rent out your unit if you dont bank it or use it. The unit is spacious with high ceilings, has a queen bed with privacy on the first floor and a queen bed in the loft which opens to an outside deck. The unit feels like a condo next to the mountains. The location of the resort is superb, about one mile from downtown Scottsdale and is right on the Phoenix line. Besides RCI and Intervel International, you can exchange through their affiliate, Vacations and Travel with no yearly membership fee.
