Fixed week 52 every year in fixed unit 1413. Managed by Daily Management Resort, a well known company that allows you to stay at several of their resorts at a discount.  You are also allowed to rent more units for your friends and relatives at owners discounts.

Maintenance is $471 a year including Real Estate taxes and Reserve Funding for repairs and other unexpected expenses.

Resort transfer fee is $75 and closing cost is $295.

Usage to start last week in December (week 52) of 2010.  This is your opportunity to buy this year and don't pay maintenance fee at closing, pay only for sales price and closing.  Maintenance for 2010 is not due until January 1, 2010.
