The unit is a large two bedroom suite that sleeps 6.  There are only 8 two bedroom units in the entire resort.  A king bed is in each bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room.  This unit features three televisions, three climate units (a/c and heat) two full bathrooms and two balconies, one off the master and one off the living room.  Be sure to check out the picture of the wall with the floor to ceiling windows.  This unit floats red all year. Advanced (up to 1 year) reservations for weeks 1-20 and 37-52. Weeks 21-36 and with 60 day advanced reservations. This unit can be rented, sold or transfered to whom ever you choose.

Whether their interest lies in the town’s wonderful beaches and exciting boardwalk, magnificent casinos and restaurants, acclaimed shows and famous headliners, fishing, golf, boxing matches, baseball, or simply watching the sun set from their luxury suite’s private balcony — the 32-story Flagship pleases both families and couples.

There is an excellent onsite restuarant, free shuttle service to the Sands casino, supermarkets and shopping, indoor pool and is right on the world famous boardwalk.  With the location of Atlantic City, this unit offers strong trading power.  It can be traded for two or three bedroom units all over the world based on the current inventory at II.  All fees are current. Owners can reserve extra time without using their week for those quick getaways, or the week can be split into a 4 day week visit and a three day weekend visit.  Currently, the owner rates are $60.00 per night for week days, $80.00 for weekends, and $125.00 for holidays. Unit size is based upon a studio, larger units based upon availability.

Usage will begin in 2008. The week is banked with II.  I will transfer the week into your Interval International account for exchange at over 2000 resorts worldwide.  (In terval International membership required and not included in the auction) 2009 maintence fees will be billed directly from the resort.   Please feel free to email me any questions.
