Raven Hill Campground in Huntsville State Park lies in the piney woods of the Sam Houston National Forest, near the western edge of the Southern Pine Belt. Located among loblolly and short leaf pines, the park boasts an extensive trail system, and equestrian stables are conveniently located on-site. The park also has a 210-acre lake, Lake Raven, with canoes for rent, and plentiful animal and bird life, as well as great fishing. A lodge facility is available for rent for weddings, parties and reunions.
