Located on one of southern California's nicest beaches, Dohney State Park, visitors will enjoy the pleasant weather year round. Attractions such as Dana Point Harbor, the San Juan Capistrano Mission are nearby. Many of Southern California's major attractions such as Disneyland and Lego Land are less than an hours drive. This timeshare is a Captain's unit; there are only six of these two bedroom two bath units. It floats weeks 1-8 and 49-52. Our family usually reserves a week during the Xmas holidays. Bonus time is often available year round. Closing costs and resort transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
