Full week (7) days, or Split week (two separate visits) -($45 housekeeping fee applies only to the first of the two split visits)

1) Weekend: Fri-Mon - 1) Weekdays - Mon-Fri  4pm Check In - 11am Check Out  

You pick your dates -- Weeks 1-12  &  48-50  or any other time.  I usually get a summer or early fall week. Also, the Flagship has been very accommodating in letting owners book other weeks with 60 days notice. That's how I get the summer and fall weeks.  ALL DATE REQUEST SUBJECT TO AVAILABILTY 

The trading power on this unit is excellent, allowing you to travel all over the world through Interval International or Resort Condominiums International .  All fees are current, and the note is paid in full.  Owners can reserve extra time without using their week for those quick getaways. Currently, the owner getaway rates are $70 per night for week days, $90 for weekends, and $145 for holidays.

1-Bedroom Suites feature a separate living area with a pullout sofa and a private sleeping area. In addition, this suite features a dining table for 4 people.  A kitchenette area with stove, microwave,  full refrigerator and dishwasher. Private balcony, 2 TV's with DVD player, and gorgeous views of inlet, ocean, skyline, Brigantine beach, Borgata, and Absecon Lighthouse.

Usage will begin in 2012. This is a deeded property that does not expire.  This unit can be rented, sold or transferred to whomever you choose.  Please feel free to email me any questions.
