Resort very new and modern. Indoor pool. Jacuzzi. Spa and fitness club. Restaurant. Maintenance fee only payable in even numbered years.

Floating use agreement. it is a floating ownership. Any week during the weeks of May 25 through October 7th with no fee if there is availability. But again the assigned week is week 34 in even years.

If one were to stay during a holiday or during ski season, there would be additional fees to pay.
