This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath timeshare during Week 13 which is Prime Season for Florida, peak time as well as being a superb time to visit Daytona during Spring Break. It sleeps 4 and the pictures provided are of a typical unit at the resort and may vary slightly from this unit but gives you an idea of what to expect.

Annual maintenance fees for 2011 were $465.00 which are very affordable for a timeshare in a Florida destination with all this offers. Maintenance fees are paid in full and current and the timeshare is free and clear. The new owner will begin usage for the 2012 week and pay the current 2012 maintenance fee amount.
