Hacienda del Mar is a luxurious Gold Crown resort located right on the safest swimming area of the Sea of Cortez, about 6 minutes (3 miles) from Cabo San Lucas (shuttle provided), 20 minutes from San Jose del Cabo and about 25 minutes from San Jose del Cabo airport. The area is a beautifully landscaped, gated community; it's wonderfully private with just the right proximity for night life in Cabo San Lucas. The resort is surrounded by the Cabo del Sol Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. The condominium units surround the main Sheraton Hotel and Spa, so all of the hotel restaurants and facilities are available as well.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bath with jacuzzi. The second bedroom has two queens and a private bath. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, and there is a third full bath in the hall. Roll-a-way beds are available if you need to sleep a few extra people. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are several supermarkets nearby, including a Super Wal-Mart and Sam's Club. This villa is quite spacious and will sleep two families comfortably.

There are several pool areas, including a beautiful infinity pool, as well as a business center, mini-market, car rental agency, fitness center, and several restaurants on site, including the award-winning Pitahayas, well known for its Pacific Rim specialties. Activities including snorkeling, sport fishing and horseback riding. Those noisy water sports (jet skis and banana boats can be found in town with the spring-break bunch, but not on our beach! This is a luxurious, exquisite time share!

This presidential unit rents at a rate of $778 per night or $5,446 for the week. Our Reserve price barely covers our maintenance fee.  

Need a second villa? We have a second New Presidential ocean view unit available for the same dates and will rent for the $1600 reserve if you are interested.
