Unit 1208 is located on the twelfth floor.  It is a two bedroom/two bath lock-out unit, offering beautiful ocean views.  Lock-out units offer vacation flexibility by allowing the owner to use the entire unit or to lock-off the two sides for two separate vacation accommodations.  One side of the unit has one bedroom and one bath, with jacuzzi tub and a fully equipped kitchen.  The bedroom has a queen bed with 27" color TV with DVD player.  In the living area, there is a 32" plasma TV and queen sleep sofa.  This side will accommodate four.  The other side of this lock-off unit is a studio, which will accommodate two.

This luxurious Five Star resort timeshare is fixed week 22, which is an early June week with a Saturday check-in.  Use both sides of the lock-out for larger accommodations or lock-out the unit and use one side, and either rent out the studio or exchange it through Interval International for a second week of vacation.
