I have checked oceanfront and beachfront as there is a small parking lot in between you and the beach but there are ocean views as well as pool views from the balcony. The beach is really right there as is the pier that you get free fishing for 4 people daily included in your week's price. Unit sleeps 6 people ! There is a balcony also! Grills and an outdoor pool. Reduced price of $1500 only because I cannot use due to kid's exams now that he is in high school . I had it listed at $2500 on resort's website and this is cheap for this time of year! 

I have been to oceanfront properties who beaches are further away than this one so I hated to not say how close to beach this is! We own 2 weeks here as it is great place to own at - great fishing in area, nice pool, close to beach and FEES have been the same or gone down a couple bucks for the last 4 years! 

This week normally includes parts of Memorial weekend and is sometimes a bit later than this year. This year Memorial day is May 28th so this year it includes Fri and Sat of the holiday weekend. 

Or you can rent from me for $699 if you reserve early! This is a good trader also and the resort lets you swap other seasons like Sept. Oct. Nov. etc based on availability. I think anything open except summer which you own in same season as. I think you can request spring as well. Many like to fish here in the autumn months and/or spring.
