Each air-conditioned vacation home has two televisions with DVD, a CD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, and a washer and dryer. One-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. Two-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 2 baths, 2 king beds, and 2 queen sleep sofas. Two-bedroom units consists of two one-bedroom units sharing a common foyer. The South Point Casino is open adjacent to the Grandview Resort. The casino has 64 lanes of bowling, several restaurants and bars, a 4,000-seat equestrian complex, and a 16-screen movie complex with stadium seating.
