This is a first floor, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath, Phase III lock-off unit at Ka'Eo Kai in Princeville, Kaua'i that floats for the entire year. Each unit occupies an entire 2000 sq ft floor of a 3 story building. There are 2 lanais for each unit, with one surrounding the entire length of the unit. Unobstructed Views from these units are out across the Makai golf course to the ocean in one direction, and the mountains in the other direction.

Availability starts in 2011 or 2012. We currently have a week reserved for Christmas/New Year's 2011/2012.  dates can be changed if there is availability.

As owners, you are allowed to request reservations 16 months in advance in writing (e-mail), with confirmation 14 months out. You can request Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday check-in into one of 14 available units. You can also request an upper floor at the time of reservations, with owners given first preference.

Exchanges are available through RCI and II membership, as well as Hawaii Timeshare Exchange (HTSE), San Francisco Exchange (SFX), Platinum Exchange, and a multitude of others. In addition, owners are allowed to rent out their week's reservation(s).

We have owned this for many years, and have used it every year for more than 15 years...have always have a magnificent time with accommodations in a huge, clean, and efficient condo.

Closing costs are minimal with a transfer fee of $250 to the resort and less than $200 for document preparation and filing. Closing currently takes about 3 - 5 weeks.
