Hello,
My husband and I are just moved away from the area and do not want to keep our timeshare anymore. Its got about $1600 left on it with $71 monthly fees. We aren't asking for much for somebody to take it off our hands. We would in fact be incredibly grateful if someone would take it. Its at Holly Lake Ranch outside of Tyler and Dallas. It allows you to visit any of the Getaway resorts within the Silverleaf family. It also has bonus time associated with it, which means that on Sunday-Thursday you can stay the night for free for two nights and on Friday & Saturday a nightly fee of $50 will be assessed. The timeshare also comes with RCI capabilites. We have banked our week so next year you will have two! The monthly payment right now is over $200/month. The payment can be changed with Silverleaf. Let us know if you are interested and we will work something out! Thank you!
Holly Lake is a little ways west of Dallas/Fort Worth. Its by a nice little town known as Flint and its close to another resort of Silverleaf. Its a nice area!!! |
