This FIVE STAR Resort is minutes from and centrally located to Disney, Universal, Sea World and numerous other attractions in Central Florida.  Cocoa Beach is less than an hour drive, Clearwater Beach is 90 minutes.

Westgate Resorts has been a leading vacation ownership resort for over 30 years with 29 resorts from coast to coast.  You will have the ability to exchange with all 29 of your sister resorts, which, include Westgate South Beach(Miami), Westgate Park City Resort & Spa (Utah), Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate (Las Vegas) among the many prime locations across the country.

You will have the additional ability to exchange to resorts around the world through Interval World, an exchange company, if you so desire.  This is a fixed week you may exchange at anytime you want through Westgate or Interval World exchange.

This resort you are being offered is a 3 bedroom lock-off unit that sleeps up to 12 people.  You may vacation for one week every year in the 3 bedroom or you may vacation 2 times a year, once in a two bedroom unit and once in a studio unit (lock-off).   Both units have kitchens, 2 bedroom has a full kitchen, studio has stovetop & microwave oven. There is also a washer and dryer and a hot tub in the 2 bedroom unit.

Westgate Resort has numerous activities such as, bikes, basketball & tennis courts, paddle boats, numerous swimming pools, snack bars, game rooms and much more.  Award winning Serenity Spa and Smoke House Grill Restaurant on site.  

 My family and I love Westgate Resorts, we mostly exchange to other locations.  We own 6 weeks of timeshare and I need to sell one week.   I am  asking for a fair price that will get quick results and make some family very happy with a lifetime of luxury vacations.  This deeded property is just outside Disney World, and is yours forever!  

Financial arrangements can be negotiated if necessary, with a down payment and monthly payments.
