I am looking to sell my Silverleaf membership. This is a deeded week of vacation one week per year, but with lots of benefits! First, this is week #14, which for 2012 is April 06 - 13. You are not confined to this week, however. You can deposit the week with Silverleaf and can choose another week upon availability. Membership with Silverleaf allows you to enjoy free day passes to any of the resorts Silverleaf owns nation-wide! The list of resorts can be found at the website provided. This membership includes bonus time stays that are free Sunday-Thursday nights and $50 per night Friday and Saturday and bonus time is available at any resort you choose from the list previously mentioned! Also, this is a red week, which means you have access to the resorts year round. Want to take a few days of vacation any time during the year? Use the bonus time for that. At most, three nights at a Silverleaf resort will cost you $100. Thats only if you stay on a weekend. You can't get a decent hotel for one night for that amount. We have stayed during the week and spent three nights at a resort for FREE! This is an ownership. Once you buy this deed you own it for life. There is a $75 per month maintenance fee for Silverleaf to maintain and upgrade your unit every year. The unit is at the Seaside Resort in Galveston, TX. The unit is a 2/2 lodge.
