You have full/free access to the facilities at the Resort including internal transportation and free bus service to the Pueblo Bonito resorts in CABO. Sunset Beach is a very friendly resort with high quality service and services.

The property (#108) is debt free and deeded in effect for perpetuity. The annual availability is the first half of November. (1st to 16th). It is registered with RCI's branch for high end properties -  THE REGISTRY COLLECTION - and the trading value is phenomenal.  Disney World Resort are included. ie. In 2010, I deposited 1 week of Montecristo time with the the Registry. I recently reserved 2 weeks (August 2012) at Disney Animal Kingdom Villas (2 bedrooms) and still have 200 points to use. 

Pueblo Bonito has a transfer system that requires a fee of $100 which the seller will pay. It is not expected that additional fees will be necessary. If the Buyer wishes to have other services performed that relate to this transfer, those services will be at the Buyers expense
